The “All-Out Defense Mobilization Operation Office” and “Military Mobilization Service Office under Assist Chief of the General Staff of Staff Headquarter were merged into “Department of Reserve Services” in cooperated with “Organization Act of the Ministry of National Defense”.

The name was changed to “All-out Defense Mobilization Office”

The name was changed to “All-out Defense Mobilization Office” in accordance with “Organization Act of the Ministry of National Defense”.

The “All-out Defense Mobilization Agency” was established.

In response to the increasingly severe threat of the enemy, the “All-out Defense Mobilization Agency” was established on January 1, 2022 to develop cross-department integration mechanism of all-out defense against the “promoting the reformation of reserve mobilization” and “regular reserve force as one, integration of reserve mobilization and inter-ministerial cooperation” instructed by the President. The Agency is dedicated to negotiate the planning and execution of mobilization policy of all departments, establish a system of all-out force supporting military operation and cooperate disaster prevention and rescue to correspond with various crisis and challenges. Meanwhile, to unify the operation of powers, the “reserve command” originally subordinated to Ministry of National Defense was alternatively subordinated to “All-out Defense Mobilization Agency”. The purpose is to form a chain of mobilization system achieving the goal of “unity of reserve mobilization”.
