Tung-Hsin (Manpower Mobilization) Exercise
To achieve the purpose of mobilizing manpower to support military operations, manpower mobilization exercises are conducted in accordance with the "Han Kuang Exercise" regulations. Following the issuance of mobilization orders nationwide in different regions, the reserve forces are organized, and combat readiness is restored through precombat training. Based on the combat missions of each unit, various scenarios are enacted to refine the mobilization procedures and the operational capabilities of reserve forces. Additionally, critical infrastructure within designated responsibility areas, designated emergency hospitals, and Wartime Shelter and Relief Stations for IDPs are integrated into the exercise. This collaborative effort involves verification of the effectiveness of all-out defense mobilization by coordinating with military, police, fire, and civil defense teams.
