Mobilization Committee
Executive Yuan All-out Defense Mobilization Committee: The Premier of the Executive Yuan serves as the convener, with the Ministry of National Defense as the secretariat unit. The Minister of National Defense serves as the chief executive officer, and the All-out Defense Mobilization Agency is responsible for general secretariat duties. It assists the Executive Yuan, its subordinate agencies/organizations, and municipal/county/city governments in matters related to all-out defense mobilization in accordance with the law, including instructions for the General Coordination Organization All-Out Defense Capabilities and integrating human and material resources mobilization as well as cross-regional support.
Ministerial Mobilization Readiness Programs: Eight ministries - the Ministry of Education, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Ministry of Health and Welfare, National Science and Technology Council, and Ministry of National Defense - each oversee one of the eight mobilization readiness programs focused on morale, manpower resources, material and economic resources, financial resources, transportation, public hygiene, technological, and military mobilization respectively. The minister of each ministry serves as the convener of their respective program to promote mobilization readiness.
Municipal/County/City Mobilization Committees: The mayor/magistrate of each municipality/county/city government serves as the convener. Based on the tasks assigned by the authorities of Mobilization Readiness Classification and the regulations stipulated in the corresponding plan, they formulate implementation planning and promote mobilization readiness tasks.
