To encourage mobilization partners at all levels, "The Selection and Award Recognition of Outstanding Performance for Promoting All-out Defense Mobilization Business Preparations" of 2024 is held in three sessions, which should commend units and individuals that have achieved outstanding results in promoting mobilization preparations, so that work morale and personnel for mobilization are boosted for their hard work.

        This selection and award recognition event for outstanding performance was carried out by invited ministry and agency (agencies), local government, Armed Forces units and others units to work together as they furnish relevant tasks such as plan formulation, selection and screening as well as review, and awarding. As of December 30th, 2024, these units and individuals were publicly commended at the annual meeting of "Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee", "MND in 2024  Year-End Commendation Ceremony", and "Taiwan-Min Combat Power Integration Coordination Conference " by Cho Jung-Tai, Executive Yuan Premier, Wellington Li-Hsiung Koo, Minister of the National Defense, and Liu Hsieh-Ching, Commander of the AFRC. As a total, 14 outstanding units, 13 private meritorious units, 5 role models, and 80 outstanding civil servants for mobilization business were honored, while entire event was reckoned as fully successful.

        In the future, MND will continue to promote cross-ministry and committee cooperation, military-civilian integration, and all-out defense mobilization mechanism, and improve the efficiency of mobilization operations through universal management of performance selection, and awarding for recognition.
