The distribution, control and handling of inquiries and correspondence investigations in related with the Legislative Yuan, the Supervisory Uand and the Agency.
The review, collation and consultation of laws and relevant legal matters of the Agency.
The legal disciplinary investigation, military-judicial liaison, protection of the rights, appeals, state compensations cases in related with the Agency and subsidiary agencies and troops.
The supervision and implementation of legal education, legal services, counseling litigation, and assistance in litigation related to business of the Agency and subsidiary agencies and troops.
