The 4th All-out Defense Mobilization and Disaster Prevention and Rescue (Min An NO.10) for the year of 2024 will be implemented by Changhua County on May 2 (Thursday).The exercise this year is divided into two stages: “War-gaming simulation” and “Comprehensive implementation”.
