The 2025 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises of Keelung City will be carried out on April 30, 2025.

        The third sessions of the 2025 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises will be organized by the Keelung City Government on April 30 (Wednesday). The exercises this year is divided into two parts: a " Military Simulation " at 8:30 a.m. and a "Comprehensive Implementation" at 1:30 p.m. The Comprehensive Implementation will be conducted in various regions of Keelung City, with actual personnel and equipment to simulate scenarios such as the distribution of essential goods, protection of critical infrastructure, and the setup of first aid stations and relief stations.
