2026 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises

       To ensure the safety of the lives and property of the people, strengthen local governments' disaster rescue operations under wartime conditions, and verify the capability of civil defense and disaster prevention systems to protect the public, thereby enhancing Taiwan's overall defense resilience, the 2026 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises will be organized by 11 municipalities and county (city) governments, starting with Changhua County on April 22. The schedule for each session is as follows:

  • April 22, 23 (Wednesday and Thursday) - Changhua County Government
  • May 13, 14 (Wednesday and Thursday) - Miaoli County Government
  • May 20, 21 (Wednesday and Thursday) - Hsinchu County Government 
  • May 27, 28 (Wednesday and Thursday) - Chiayi County Government
  • June 3, 4 (Wednesday and Thursday) - Taoyuan City Government 
  • June 24, 25 (Wednesday and Thursday) - Yunlin County Government 
  • July 1, 2 (Wednesday and Thursday) - Nantou County Government 
  • August 6, 7 (Thursday and Friday) - Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County Governments 
  • August 12, 13 (Wednesday and Thursday) - New Taipei City and Yilan County Governments

      The planning for the schedule and location of each session will be notified separately before the exercise.
