The 2026 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercise in Changhua County will be held on April 22, 23 (Wednesday and Thursday).

        The first session of the 2026 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises will be organized by the Changhua County Government on April 22 and 23 (Wednesday and Thursday). The exercise is conducted over two days: the first day features a "Table Top Exercise," and the second day involves "Comprehensive Implementations".

        Media and the public are not allowed to observe the first day's Table Top Exercise. The second day features Comprehensive Implementations, involving personnel and real materials on-site across various areas of Changhua County to practice subjects such as the distribution of essential goods, protection of critical infrastructure, and the setting up of first aid and relief stations.
