The 8th and 9th sessions of the 2026 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises will be organized by the Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County Governments from 09:00 to 17:00 of August 6 and 7 (Thursday and Friday). The exercise is conducted over two days: the first day features a "Table Top Exercise," and the second day involves "Comprehensive Implementations".
First day's Table Top Exercise is not open to media and public. The second day features Comprehensive Implementations, involving personnel and real materials on-site across various areas of Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County to practice subjects such as the distribution of essential goods, protection of critical infrastructure, and the setting up of first aid and relief stations.
