The 2026 New Taipei City and Yilan County Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, August 12, 13.

        The 10th and 11th sessions of the 2026 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises will be organized by the New Taipei City and Yilan County Governments from 09:00 to 17:00 of August 12 and 13 (Wednesday and Thursday). The exercise is conducted over two days: the first day features a "Table Top Exercise," and the second day involves "Comprehensive Implementations".

        First day's Table Top Exercise is not open to media and public. The second day features Comprehensive Implementations, involving personnel and real materials on-site across various areas of New Taipei City and Yilan County to practice subjects such as the distribution of essential goods, protection of critical infrastructure, and the setting up of first aid and relief stations.
