Civil Power Integration Coordination Council (CPICC)

CPICC: The Chief of General Staff of the Ministry of National Defense
(MND) also serves as the convener, and implements instructions from the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee. Reserve Command of the All-out Defense Mobilization Agency
(ADMA) serves as the secretary and is responsible for policy-military coordination. The latter also assists with peacetime support for disaster prevention and rescue, and mobilization preparedness matters concerning the human and material resources needed to support military operations in wartime.

CPICC: The commander of combat zones (defense command) also serves as the convener to implement the instructions of the Taiwan-Min
CPICC, coordinates the organizers of the local
CPICC in the region and human and material resource management and listing within the jurisdiction, assists with acquisition and requisition certification, works with all-out defense mobilization exercises and Armed Forces training, and verifies the effectiveness of coordination between political and military mobilization within the combat zone.
Local
CPICC: The mayor and magistrate of the municipality and county (city) also serve as conveners to handle resolution matters of the regional
CPICC, assist each of the various trade management units of local governments to implement human and material resource management and listing and acquisition and requisition certification, work on the implementation of all-out defense mobilization exercises and Armed Forces training, and coordinate and liaise among the mobilization committees of corresponding levels and disaster prevention and rescue meetings.
