The 2nd regular meeting of CPICC for Northern Region of 2023

      The 2nd regular meeting of the All-out Civil Power Integration Coordination Council (CPICC ) in Northern Region was held at 2 pm on November 9 in Taipei Disaster Response Center. The event was chaired by Major General Wu Lai-yi, commander of the Northern Armed Forces Reserve Command and convener of the meeting, and it was also jointly attended by representative from the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee, Tai-Min CPICC , and local governments and public as well as private organizations and the military of the region.

      Aside from the report on the effectiveness of work enforcement and exchange of opinions, this meeting has also, as based on the features of northern region”, designed with the issue as “Support military operations, and salvage and rescue in war disaster” to implement situation development and progression. Through government and military communication platform, the meeting can effectively integrate the management and listing capacity of civil and material resources within the jurisdiction, strengthen local emergent response capability, and establish build a comprehensive "All-Out Defense Mobilization Mechanism" to effectively support military operations, and ensure the life and property of the people and national security.
