The 2nd regular meeting on the three Civil Power Integration Coordination Councils (CPICC) as "Mobilization, Comprehensive Combat, Disaster Prevention" of Matsu region and County of 2023

      The 2nd regular meeting on the three Civil Power Integration Coordination Councils (CPICC) of "Mobilization, Comprehensive Combat, and Disaster Prevention" of Matsu region and county for 2023 was held at 10 a.m. on November 7 in the Performing Hall of the Matsu Folk Cultural Artifacts Exhibition Hall. The event was chaired by Lieutenant General Huang Xian-ren, commander of Matsu Defense Command and convener of the meeting, representative from the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee, Central Disaster Prevention and Response Council, Tai-Min CPICC, and various bureaus, offices, and the public, as well as private institutions and the military of the region.

      Aside from a report on the effectiveness of work enforcement and exchange of opinions during the mobilization, comprehensive combat strength, and disaster prevention conference, this meeting also designed "military support operations, and salvage and rescue in the event of war disasters" based on the features of the Penghu region as a symbol of development and progression. Through the government and military communication platform, the meeting effectively integrated the management and listing capacity of civil and material resources within the jurisdiction, strengthened local emergency response capabilities, and established a comprehensive "All-Out Defense Mobilization Mechanism" to effectively support military operations, and ensure the life and property of the people and national security.
