The 1st regular meeting on the three Civil Power Integration Coordination Councils (CPICC) as "Mobilization, Comprehensive Combat, Disaster Prevention" of Kinmen region and County of 2023

      The 1st regular meeting on the three Civil Power Integration Coordination Councils (CPICC ) as "Mobilization, Comprehensive Combat, Disaster Prevention" of Kinmen region and County of 2023 was held at 2:30 pm on April 27 in the First Conference Room of Kinmen County Government. The event was chaired by Chen Fu-hai, County Magistrate and convener of the meeting, and representative from the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee, Central Disaster Prevention and Response Council, Tai-Min CPICC , various bureaus and offices, and public as well as private institutions and military of the region.

      Aside from the report on the effectiveness of work enforcement and exchange of opinions on the conference of mobilization, comprehensive combat, and disaster prevention, this meeting has also, as based on the features of Kinmen region”, designed with the issue as “Salvage and rescue during disaster” to implement situation development and progression. Through government and military communication platform, the Meeting can effectively integrate the management and listing capacity of civil and material resources within the jurisdiction, strengthen local emergent response capability, and establish build a comprehensive "All-Out Defense Mobilization Mechanism" to effectively support military operations, and ensure the life and property of the people and national security.
