The Committee held the "Annual Conference of the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee for 2023" at 4:00 pm on December 21, 2023 in the 1st Conference Room of the Executive Yuan. The event was chaired by Mr. Chen Chien-jen, President of the Executive Yuan and convener of the Committee, and invited were heads (agents) of all central ministries and committees, and municipality and county (city) governments to jointly review the effectiveness of annual mobilization and promote important mobilization work for the future.
This meeting awarded and commended outstanding units in the annual Min An No. 9 and Wan An No. 46 exercises, mobilization business visitations and interviews, and units and model personnel that have contributed to the preparations for defense mobilization. The annual mobilization work report, special topic report by the Ministry of Interior and the National Communications Commission, and review of the Mobilization Preparation Program for the year 2025-2026 were also implemented. During the meeting, the convener expected ministries and committees as well as local governments to continue to strengthen inter-ministerial coordination and cooperation, and jointly improve the defense resilience of the entire society with a forward-looking mindset by making use of national power, medical and social welfare, and digital networks to build a more resilient country.
