The 1st Regular Meeting of Lienchiang County for 2025 Regional CPICC and County-Level Tri-Committee was held at 10:00 a.m. on April 21 at the Emergency Operation Center on the 3rd floor of the Fire Bureau, Lienchiang County. The meeting was co-hosted by the Major General CHAO CHIEN-HUA, Chief of Staff of the R.O.C. Army Matsu Defense Command and Executive Director of the Conference, together with the County Secretary General CHANG LUNG-TE. Representatives from the Tai-Min CPICC, local government departments, public and private organizations, and the military also attended the meeting.

In addition to the work reports and opinions exchange conducted by the mobilization, CPICC, and disaster prevention committees, this conference also included a special presentation made by the Matsu Operations Office of Chunghwa Telecom focused on the backup response measures and facility protection strategies in case of undersea cable disruptions. Through the political-military communication platform, the effectiveness of civil-military integration is enhanced, a comprehensive "All-out Defense Mobilization Mechanism" is established. This is aims at achieving the goal of building whole-of-society defense resilience, ensuring the continuous operation of government and civil functions and supporting military operations when necessary.
