The 2nd regular meeting on the three conferences of "Mobilization, Civil Power Integration Coordination, Disaster Prevention" of Penghu region and County of 2025

       The 2nd regular meeting on the three conferences of "Mobilization, Civil Power Integration Coordination, Disaster Prevention" of Penghu region and County of 2025 was held at 9:30 am on September 24 in the Jieshou Hall at Penghu Defense Command. The event was chaired by commander of the 1st Theater of Operations, Lieutenant General Chen Jun-yuan, and representative from the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee, Central Disaster Prevention and Response Council, Tai-Min CPICC , various bureaus, public as well as private institutions and military of the region participated the meeting.

        During this meeting, appointment certificates were issued to the newly appointed committee members. The session also included the Penghu Regional CPICC and Penghu County’s “Mobilization, Civil Power Integration Coordination, and Disaster Prevention” tri-conference, featuring work reports and opinion exchanges. Additionally, the responsible units of the county government were asked to present three reports on the operation mechanisms of the Joint Response and Command Center, the rationing stations, and the aid stations. Through the political-military communication platform, the effectiveness of civil-military integration is enhanced, and a comprehensive "All-out Defense Mobilization Mechanism" is established. This is aim at achieving the goal of building whole-of-society defense resilience, ensuring the continuous operation of government and civil functions, and supporting military operations when necessary.
