The 2nd regular meeting of CPICC for Northern Region of 2025

        The 2nd Regular Meeting of the 2025 Northern Region All-Out Defense Combat Power Integration and Coordination Conference was held at 2:00 p.m. on November 25 at the 5th-floor meeting room of the Taipei City Disaster Response Center. The meeting was chaired by Lieutenant General Chen Wen-sing, commander of the Theater of Operations and convener of the conference. Representatives from the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee, CPICC at all levels, local governments under the jurisdiction, and military units also participated in this conference.

        During this meeting, certificates of appreciation were awarded to units that contributed to mobilization efforts, and appointment certificates were issued to newly appointed committee members. The session also included work reports and opinion exchanges. Reports were presented on topics such as "cross-regional coordination models" and "support requirements during desperate periods," and discussions were held on Armed Forces support, material readiness, and mobilization procedures, aiming to enhance overall collaborative operational effectiveness.

        Through the exchange of civil-military perspectives and topic discussions, the session aimed to implement mobilization preparedness, enhance overall national defense and civilian mobilization capabilities within the Theater of Operations, and collectively strengthen resilience in four key areas—national defense, civilian welfare, disaster prevention, and democracy—to safeguard the overall security of the Theater of Operations.
