The meeting began with the screening of an annual mobilization documentary, followed by Premier Cho, the convener, presenting awards and certificates of appreciation to outstanding mobilization units and personnel. In addition to the secretariat work reports and special reports, this year's meeting included the deliberation of the "2027-2028 All-out Defense Mobilization Preparedness Guidelines."
