The 2025 regular meeting of the Tai-Min All-out Civil Power Integration Coordination Council (CPICC) was held at 10 a.m. on December 4 in the 6th-floor conference room of the Chung Ai Compound. The meeting was chaired by  Admiral Mei Chia-shu, Chief of the General Staff and convener of the council, and attended by representatives from the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee, various mobilization plans, classification agencies, and the military. Based on the validation results of the Han Kuang 41 exercise, the meeting explained the "Operation Mechanism of the Mobilization and Civil Power Coordination Center," the "2026 Urban Resilience Exercise Validation Planning," and the "Requirements for the Three Conferences of the Countries and Counties." Additionally, experts were invited to deliver a special report on "Civil-Military Cooperation and Resource Integration for Building Total Defense Resilience" in light of current international and cross-strait situations, effectively enhancing the overall operational mechanism of the combat power integration organization.
