The 1st regular meeting on the tri-conference of "Mobilization, CPICC, and Disaster Prevention" of Lienchiang County of 2026 was held at 10 am on March 20 in the Disaster Response Center on the 3rd floor of the Fire Bureau. The event was jointly chaired by Major General Chen Xin-zhu, deputy commander of Matsu Defense Command, and Deputy County Magistrate Chen Guan-ren. Representatives from the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee, Central Disaster Prevention and Response Council, Tai-Min CPICC, and various bureaus, public as well as private institutions, and military of the region participated in the meeting.

        This meeting integrated the mobilization, combat power integration, and disaster prevention conferences to conduct specific work reports and exchange opinions on the five main pillars of "Whole-of-Society Defense Resilience." Additionally, the responsible units of the county government presented special reports on "Disaster Victim Sheltering and the Denial Operation Planning for Fu-Ao Harbor." Through the political-military communication platform, the session aimed to effectively enhance the efficiency of civil-military integration and improve the mobilization mechanism to ensure the continuous operation of government and social functions during emergencies, and to support military operations when necessary, achieving the goal of whole-of-society defense resilience.
