The 1st regular meeting on the three conferences of Mobilization, CPICC, Disaster Prevention of Kinmen County of 2026
The 1st regular meeting on the three conferences of "Mobilization,CPICC, Disaster Prevention" of Kinmen County of 2026 was held at 2 p.m. on April 8 in the 2nd Conference Room of the Kinmen County Government. The event was co-chaired by Lieutenant General Huang Xian-ren, commander of Kinmen Defense Command and convener of the meeting, along with Deputy County Magistrate Chen Xiang-lin. Representatives from the Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee, Central Disaster Prevention and Response Council, Tai-Min CPICC, various bureaus, and public as well as private institutions and military of the region participated in the meeting.
This meeting integrated the three conferences of mobilization, combat power integration, and disaster prevention to conduct specific work reports and opinion exchanges regarding the five main pillars of "Whole-of-Society Defense Resilience". Additionally, the County Fire Bureau presented a special report on "Strengthening Disaster Prevention and Relief for a Resilient Island". Through the political-military communication platform, the session aimed to effectively enhance civil-military integration and improve the mobilization mechanism. This ensures the continuous operation of government and civil functions during emergencies and supports military operations when necessary, achieving the goal of whole-of-society defense resilience.
