This change is aimed at promoting military service administration as well as substitute military service affairs and has led to a revision of titles ( in Attachment 11, Regulation 6).
- With the restructuring of the Agency of Correction, Ministry of Justice, the skills training institution no longer exists. The regulations have been revised to reflect this change, including updates to the affiliated units and the scope of applications (in Attachment 16, Regulation 7).
