2025 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises of Lienchiang County has been completed successfully on April 10 (Thursday)

       The 1st session of the 2025 Urban Resilience (All-Out Defense Mobilization) Exercises was conducted successfully by the Lienchiang County Government on April 10 (Thursday). The exercises were led by the Magistrate, Mr. WANG, CHUNG-MING, who served as the commander, and Ms. WANG, YI-HUI, a commissioner from the National Communications Commission (NCC), acted as the guidance officer of Executive Yuan and led representatives from various ministries to conduct the evaluation. 

       The exercises effectively integrated local government agencies and bureaus, public and private sectors, civil defense forces, substitute military service personnel (including reservists), non-profit organizations, and rescue and volunteer groups. Centered on "disaster rescue operations during wartime," the exercises was conducted in realistic scenarios within small areas, simulating the operation of a wartime joint emergency response command and control center, the distribution of life’s essentials, the setup of relief and first aid stations, and cybersecurity protection. The exercise was realistic and intensive, successfully strengthening emergency response mechanisms to ensure the continuity of societal and daily life functions in the event of a disaster.
