To properly promote the work of Whole-of-society defense resilience, and in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior's policy of promoting " Disaster Relief Volunteer Training," and to enable personnel of the All-out Defense Mobilization Agency(including the subordinate Armed Forces Reserve Command) to acquire disaster prevention and relief concepts and learn self-rescue and mutual-aid skills, we conducted the Disaster Management Specialist Training of 2025.
This training was completed in two sessions in July and August of the 2025. Before the start of the courses, the Deputy Director-General of the agency presided over the opening ceremony. The curriculum was divided into basic courses, professional courses, and written/practical examinations, and the training was conducted through a combination of theory and practice. A total of 140 Disaster Relief Volunteer from the agency and the Armed Forces Reserve Command completed the training. All participating trainees met the qualification standards, and the implementation results were excellent.
