In the 2022 training session, there were two types of courses: "Executive Supervisor Training" and "Cadre Tour Training." The training focused on explaining all-out defense mobilization policies and adapting mobilization methods to changes in the international situation. The training was conducted through policy explanations, keynote speeches, visits, and symposiums. Through this training, coordination and cooperation among various mobilization systems were enhanced, and personnel at all levels gained a better understanding of management regulations, policies, and operational procedures so that they could prepare for mobilization tasks effectively. The training aimed to achieve the goals of "mechanism integration," "capability enhancement," and "execution strengthening." Additionally, to align with the epidemic prevention policies of the Central Epidemic Command Center, the training format was adjusted dynamically based on the epidemic situation before each session.
