2024 All-out Defense Mobilization Seminar

      The 2024 training program is divided into three types: “Executive Leadership Training,” “Central Government Agency Training,” and “Local Government Training.” The syllabus is further divided into  keynote speeches, policy briefings , and on-site visits (these fall under the Executive Leadership Training program), as well as an overview of all-out defense mobilization, civil defense general studies, and explanations of mobilization preparedness (these fall under the Central Government Agency and Local Government Training programs). These training programs aim to establish a platform for communication and coordination among mobilization systems, facilitate participants’ understanding of current mobilization policies and measures in response to challenges posed by changes in the international situation. Additionally, they enhance execution capabilities for various mobilization readiness tasks, achieving goals of "capability enhancement" and "mechanism integration."
