There are 8 sessions of 2025 Professional Workforce for Mobilization Workshop conducted between January 14 and February 27, 2025. The program was divided into two categories: “Advanced Workshop for Police and Firefighting Personnel” and “Professional Mobilization Workshop.” Participants included personnel from central government ministries and agencies, local governments, critical national infrastructure sectors, advanced police and firefighting officers, and mobilization management officers from R.O.C. armed forces. The workshop curriculum covered a range of topics, including international situation and cross-strait relations, response and handling measures of government agencies in gray zone activities, mechanism of the All-out Defense Mobilization, police duties in whole societal defense resilience, overview of disaster prevention coordination centers, handling of cognitive warfare and controversial information, overview of the International Humanitarian Law, and situation simulation.
Through these courses, theoretical foundations were integrated with practical response strategies to enhance participants’ professional competencies and the overall effectiveness of the training, thereby strengthening preparedness for various mobilization efforts.
