To enhance the professional competence of mobilization affairs supervisors and personnel at all levels, the training adopted a lecture-based approach to strengthen the operational effectiveness of the All-out Defense Mobilization mechanism, refine the execution capability of various mobilization readiness tasks, and ultimately achieve the goal of "professional competence enhancement."
This training was successfully conducted between September 5 and November 5, 2025, comprising 24 sessions in total: 1 session for "Executive Leadership Training," 1 session for "Central Government Agency Training," and 22 sessions for local governments. The course content was categorized into Policy Explanation, Special Lectures, and Mobilization Preparedness Tasks Reports. A total of 1,539 personnel participated, and the execution was highly effective.
