To encourage mobilization partners at all levels, the 2025 "Commendation and Awards Ceremony for Outstanding Contributions to Promoting All-out Defense Mobilization Readiness Tasks" was divided into three sessions. These sessions recognized units and individuals with outstanding performance in promoting mobilization preparedness to boost morale and commend their hard work.
Through the collaborative efforts of ministries, agencies, local governments, and military units in planning, evaluation, and awarding, the 2025 "Commendation and Awards Ceremony for Outstanding Contributions" concluded on December 16, 2025. Public commendations were presented by Premier Cho of the Executive Yuan, Admiral Mei, Chief of the General Staff, and Vice Minister Hsu of the MND during the "Executive Yuan Mobilization Committee," the "Tai-Min All-out Civil Power Integration Coordination Council," and the "2025 Commendation Ceremony for Meritorious Personnel in Mobilization Preparedness". A total of 3 outstanding mobilization units, 6 meritorious private sector units, 5 outstanding mobilization personnel, and 78 meritorious mobilization personnel were honored, and the entire series of events was completed successfully.
In the future, we will continue to promote cross-ministerial cooperation, civil-military integration, and the all-out defense mobilization mechanism. By centrally organizing outstanding personnel/units selections and commendations, we aim to recognize and encourage mobilization personnel at all levels, thereby strengthening the operational mechanism of all-out defense mobilization during peacetime and its support capacity during wartime.
