Mobilization Readiness Implementation Planning
According to Article 7 of the the Enforcement Rules for All-out Defense Mobilization Readiness Act, the All-out Defense Mobilization Committee of municipalities and county (city) governments are required to formulate the mobilization readiness implementation planning by July 31 of each year for the following year. Each municipality and county (city) government assesses the characteristics and actual needs of its jurisdiction, formulates the mobilization readiness implementation planning according to the Mobilization Readiness Programs nd Mobilization Readiness Classification, to ensure the smooth implementation of mobilization affairs within its jurisdiction.
To assist municipalities and county (city) governments in smoothly completing the stipulation of planning, the Executive Yuan All-out Defense Mobilization Committee invites the relevant departments responsible for various Mobilization Readiness Programs and Mobilization Readiness Classifications to form a joint review team between June and July each year. Through regional joint reviews, they assist in reviewing the content of the implementation planning of each municipality and county (city) government and provide suggestions for corrections to ensure that the mobilization readiness planning meets actual needs.
